These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the Pure Align online store.

Any order placed on this website implies full acceptance of these terms.

Pure Align offers premium equipment intended for manual therapists and musculoskeletal health professionals, including:

  • SOT blocks
  • therapeutic accessories
  • professional practice equipment

Product photos and descriptions are provided with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, they are not contractually binding and slight variations may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include all applicable taxes (VAT included).

Shipping costs are displayed before final order confirmation.

Pure Align reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

In case of an obvious pricing error, the order may be canceled.

4. Orders

Any order placed constitutes an offer to purchase.

The order becomes final when:

  • payment is confirmed
  • the customer receives an order confirmation email

Pure Align reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in case of:

  • suspected fraud
  • previous payment disputes
  • incorrect information
  • stock or pricing errors

5. Payment

Payments are secure and processed via Stripe.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • credit/debit cards
  • other payment solutions offered via Shopify

Orders are shipped only after payment validation.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to countries within the European Union.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • carrier
  • logistical conditions

Pure Align cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, customers have 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

  • without signs of use
  • within the defined return period

Users are responsible for ensuring that product use complies with professional standards.

Pure Align shall not be held liable for:

  • use not in accordance with recommendations
  • indirect damages or loss of business

In any case, liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
